from facebook status, i jumped to random blogs regarding it. And i stumble upon,

emotionally numb;
i no longer have the ability to feel. All the emotions i show are fake, i'm completely empty and numb on the inside. no one can tell. i joke about it every now and then, but no one actually knows i'm telling the truth. i can't feel anything. i've forgotten what happy feels like. though at times i do feel sad, an aching, lonely, numbing sad. but thats it. i will slowly learn to feel again, i have to.

Answering the Question: What Is Enlightenment?

"is the title of a 1784 essay by the philosopher Immanuel Kant.

Enlightenment is man’s emergence from his self-incurred immaturity.”

He argues that the immaturity is self-inflicted not from a lack of understanding, but from the lack of courage to use one’s reason, intellect, and wisdom without the guidance of another.

Our fear of thinking for ourselves.

Kant, whose moral philosophy is centered around the concept of autonomy, is distinguishing here between a person who is intellectually autonomous and one who keeps him/herself in an intellectually heteronymous, i.e. dependent and immature status.

It is difficult for individuals to work their way out of this immature, cowardly life because we are so uncomfortable with the idea of thinking for ourselves.

Kant says that even if we did throw off the spoon-fed dogma and formulas that we have been given all our lives, we would still be stuck, because we have never “cultivated our minds.”

The key to throwing off these chains of mental immaturity is reason.

There is hope that the entire public could become a force of free thinking individuals if they are free to do so.

Why?

There will always be a few people, even among guardians, who think only for themselves. They will help the rest of us to “cultivate our minds.”

Kant's opening paragraph to his essay is a much-cited definition of a lack of Enlightenment as people's inability to think for themselves due not to their lack of intellect, but lack of courage.

Kant's essay also addressed the causes of a lack of enlightenment and the preconditions necessary to make it possible for people to enlighten themselves."[1]

Professor : You are a Christian, aren't you, son ?
Student : Yes, sir.
Professor : So, you Believe in GOD ?
Student : Absolutely, sir.
Professor : Is GOD Good ?
Student : Sure.
Professor : Is GOD ALL - POWERFUL ?

Professor : My Brother died of Cancer even though he Prayed to GOD to Heal him.
Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill.

Student : Yes.

okay im back here again after a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time out.
its quite tiring la, come back from work as intern. Don't feel like telling stories here.
At last i've ended my industrial training at Silverlake, if you'd remember what I've said before.

Anyway this is just another check point in my life. I dont expect anyone to read this but i sometimes talk to myself and start crazy imaginations :O Did i thick your clock or something? :P

So, within this period of working moments ive seen many situations and dramas happening around. Some just re hooked my old stories back cause it happened to me before. Yesterday i went arthur's hse for some makan la. It was raining ,while i was driving on the way to his hse, i saw an old toyota car :duno wat model: on my right side(fast lane) start swaying left and right so i got scared and slowed down the car incase he bangs me la. On his side, while swaying .. i think the driver quickly stepped on the breaks and slowed down and almost stopped in seconds..

But there comes the fast 4WD pajero from behind straight bang the car's ass because they were to close and also the old car stopped immediately mah. So a *Boom* sound was heard loud and the car got banged pushed to the divider. Not sure about the car behind the pajero tho cause i was quite far from them already by then.

After that my heard was like *dub dub dub* beating really fast lol. Of course lah scared! the accident happened just beside me only, i scared i got bang and gone case how?! O_O
Thank god i wasnt involve else i duno wat will happen to me :|

So today i went for my 1st paintball game la. Played at TT Sports Subang. It was actually quite fun and painful experience. But i like it ^^. Just that abit mahal cause the stupid paintball ppl dun believe that im a student ;P . Eh i presented my student ID okay.. they didnt see the latest expiry date so they say my card expired d. wtf. its actually there or tanggal d. 100bucks extra added into the whole bill. wtf

today 8/8/08 is the official date for my classes to end.
as in my Uni is finished. sigh
after recent weeks of sleepless nites to complete projects, its so empty now.

i wonder why i dont feel that excited anymore when Uni finishes;
Maybe coz i dont wanna leave Uni life, its like...
going subang for a reason, to skip class? to go class? is the reason,
where not used to staying at home too long,
a suddeny freeness or no purpose when sitting infront of the computer
when there are work to be done, we procrastinate and do something else
then suddenly felt like time is running out, so sleepless nites occur..

But then, college or uni life now is behind me. Time to study for exam or risk failing.
Failing then lead to worrying about the grade.
haihzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

~~Water vs Coke~~

1) Water

2) Coke

#3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the 'real thing' sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous China .

#4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.

Few months has passed since the start of Uni / College / skool. Everyday sit in class, chit chat .. listen to lessons bla bla bla. Very boring rite !!! I'd say , go out and take some fresh air !
This is some moves or activities suggested!

Step 1 : Buang sueh.
Do this before u start any activities to avoid unwanted things
: Ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ya ~

Step 2 : Head warm up!
This is a good exercise to show owes use ur head! and not only talk. xD
Shout out lungs out : Hiah ! , when doing this to show ur tough too !

Step 3 : Upper body - Start Slow...
When doing something, kenot straight go hyper.
If straight go on hyper mode, body can become cramp or worst, u faint!
coz suddenly ur heart need to pump blood to some part of the body and havent reach ,
aledy need to pump to other part! so u know lah.
Must go slow! man man lai Ok !

Step 4 : Up teh speed.
After u feel fired up! increase ur movement speed.
If you continue the slow motion wan, u sure sleep coz boring.
This is extremely useful for swiming as it helps u to improve ur floating skills!

Step 5 : Shoulder twist.
Hulk hogan always do this. Superstar mah!
How to do? just swing ur hands and point to the sky!

Step 6 : Rush Hour !
Just like in rush hour 2, Puff Daddy - I'll be missing you song was played,
Jacky and Chris did the "move" in the car, if u remembered.

Move right then left

move left then right

Step 7 : The boogie dance
You can entertain ppl this way. Also, can be used when clubbing etc.

Reminder : Dont forget to do your prayer !

Step 8 : Cool down - Breathing
After a long day , also kenot terus rest.
Do some kungfu breathing, it helps!

Sammore , the messenger keep on bugging you all to upgrade the new version . So just to satisfy the bugger, you install lar hor. But then rite, got problem due to "bla bla" windows or something. hehe. xD

The other day Glenn intro-ed me some movie premier at Cineleisure.
So today i start my work. Aiyoh its only for a day la. 7pm - 11pm. 50Bucks was the pay.

So here i am writing this story just after i got back from the job. Ah nice , simple and quick pay. So my job was to handle handphones for the customer before they enter the cinema. Here i am taking photos just before my work starts.

I miss those time i worked and i really earn my own money.

Sooo i promised to post penang pics. here they are!
The people that went was me,arthur,brian,derek,isabel,meixin. Then we meet up Glenn and Arthur's fren Jo an over there.

So isabel "guide" us to the ferry cause we decided to take the ferry to penang.
So we reach "took the ferry" or isit the bridge? hmmmm watever la, reach d.

We were suppose to be given a Suite instead they give us a family room because they they gave excuses like the room isnt ready, no one is cleaning up the room. Wtf
Anyway, while waiting for the room to be ready ( family room ) we went to some kopitiam beside the hotel. Btw we stayed at the Gurney Hotel :) :) :)

wtfbbqsoslaserpewpewlightsaberwengweng. Its been a week since i came online. The line was out all the time..... @_@
after a week, the streamyx guy only manage to repair 50% of my connection, which is getting my line stable. but it doesnt stay that way for a long time. After 10 min, line gets cut off , speed decreases and in no time. i have to restart my modem again to get full speed =/ !#%&%^*

Anyway wat have i done when my line went off was :

My activity during the first week of November was a day trip to Ipoh with my frens! suppose to come back the next day butttt eventually it became 3 days stay because my driver n his gang still wanna stay 1 more nite. Wat can i do! im no driver, so i just follow!.

I brought 1 pair of cloths but have to use for 2 days!!! wahh dam busuk mannn wat to do.... wat? walk around naked? hahahahah ...yah u wish ..!..

So i stayed at my fren's house which has 5 dogs n 4 cats!! wahhhh animal house man.. gong gong miao!

Belanja kata nyer.. fuh kuai low knows bahasa. then we all joget joget lar, dance lar, shuffle lar...watever we can do tat time coz the music rox ~

Wat to do. Since my fren owes complain i nvr follow them go drink/club/pub wateverrr bla bla. and they trick me into saying im sober. Wtf. -whoever admits they are sober means have to down 3-4 sec of that drink- So i have to down lor. Wah dam panas man after down that thingyyy. hahahah I was surprised that i didnt go high after tat nite. SERIOUS SHIT. anyway i havent gone high before. lol. So we end our nite around 3am , went home , slept around 4am.

2nd day : went to some woolley food city lar to makan lunch. At nite , decided to have a light "drink" .Again went to the same pub. Tiger bear nia... Rm10 for 3 cups of tiger bear, ok cheap wurt. ( actualy bought 2 bottles only, small one.. then boss give free another bottle again :) :) :) haha )

But this time no dance dance coz no band, just some music from the jukebox. haha. Nite ended early, so the next morning we went for dim sum! Eeeeeeeeek yummy!

Since the 2nd nite we went home early. Next morning we went for dim sum!! eeeeeeek yummy!! :P Sooo after breakfast, pack and went home.

Thursday 25/10/07 - Slept at 6am and woke up at 8am to pass up project! what was i doing so late up nite? finish the project la! :O the alot of debuggin to do and still not yet finish.. So on the presentation day ( friday ) which i woke up at 8am like i said, we presented the website-based-program which has alot of bugs la. Almost every page we enter , surely has bugs-_-

Anyway after presenting , went makan and play a game of dota at FTZ ( a cc at ss15 ). Loss the game =.= I've been losing every game i play for the past 2 weeks. I think im just tired. Surelatiredeverydaysleepat4am&wakeupat10amtodoworkmanataktired. So after the game , it was already around 5pm. On my way back home....tyre burst! "Wah dam stupid day wei for me" , tat wat i was telling myself tat time =.=. So i call my dad, "how to change the tyre?" LOL.

He said was easy, so i did it as i were told. Yalor actualy easy only .... HAHAHAH 1st time change tayar myself mah ..lolololol laff at me la, i look stupid wat.. >_>

Now its saturday and i have nth else to do beside watching movies and studying coz my final exam is on friday and saturday next week!! AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!! :O :O :O

Yesterday after sending my sis to church for some hiphop practise. I went back to see the doctor with my mom. Reach home around 8.30pm and ate poridge,drink 100plus,medicine then 9 pm like that.. straight tidur mati until next morning(today la) where i woke up at 11am. Fuh Powderful sleep! ;) and yeah my knee injury has recovered too !!

Reach today noon, ate medicine and lunch... then do work!!! I wrote this post because sudenly i felt emo after read something somewhere. therefore i start playin my emo songs by within temptations =/

Wednesday - Test for AI subject. the day before i didnt read much , was focusing on project more T_T see lahhhh.. :( :( Anyway, during the test there is 2 guy frens of mine. They sit beside each other with only a table apart from them. They opened the textbook and place it on the empty chair between them. From here onward, they turn their heads down and try to find some answers from the textbook. WTF test la!

I think my miss noticed them and said :

Sorry for not updating my blog , lately im busy rushing my assignments and projects, where both are 40% done , need to pass up within 2 weeks of this post.

People who do not get enough sleep are more than twice as likely to die of heart disease, according to a large British study released on Monday.

Although the reasons are unclear, researchers said lack of sleep appeared to be linked to increased blood pressure, which is known to raise the risk of heart attacks and stroke.

A 17-year analysis of 10,000 government workers showed those who cut their sleeping from seven hours a night to five or less faced a 1.7-fold increased risk in mortality from all causes and more than double the risk of cardiovascular death.

The findings highlight a danger in busy modern lifestyles, Francesco Cappuccio, professor of cardiovascular medicine at the University of Warwick's medical school, told the annual conference of the British Sleep Society in Cambridge.

"A third of the population of the UK and over 40 percent in the U.S. regularly sleep less than five hours a night, so it is not a trivial problem," he said in a telephone interview.

"The current pressures in society to cut out sleep, in order to squeeze in more, may not be a good idea -- particularly if you go below five hours."

Previous research has highlighted the potential health risks of shift work and disrupted sleep. But the study by Cappuccio and colleagues, which was supported by British government and U.S. funding, is the first to link duration of sleep and mortality rates.

The study looked at sleep patterns of participants aged 35-55 years at two points in their lives -- 1985-88 and 1992-93 -- and then tracked their mortality rates until 2004.

The results were adjusted to take account of other possible risk factors such as initial age, sex, smoking and alcohol consumption, body mass index, blood pressure and cholesterol.

The correlation with cardiovascular risk in those who slept less in the 1990s than in the 1980s was clear but, curiously, there was also a higher mortality rate in people who increased their sleeping to more than nine hours.

In this case, however, there was no cardiovascular link and Cappuccio said it was possible that longer sleeping could be related to other health problems such as depression or cancer-related fatigue.

"In terms of prevention, our findings indicate that consistently sleeping around seven hours per night is optimal for health," he said.

LOOOOKKKKK !!! . ... My timetable has changed!! YAY . It shows that my friday is empty...~~ huhu. OMG . First time in my college history that, i have no classes on friday, but that doesnt mean im free the whole day cause i still have to send my sis to tuition >_>

Anyway Im glad they moved the 3pm class to tuesday. Now i only have 4 days of classes a week till end of October. :O But its 8am class, have to wake up dam early wei T_T. I hope i can wake up early everyday n reach class in time <_<

So yesterday (friday), our livewire were suppose to have a discussion on "book of significance" or something like that lah. But then Elleen said got some at church , so the discussion was postponed and replaced by this talk at 7.30 I reach there ngam ngam 7.30 , fuh 10 min drive using NPE only lol.

Reach liao , then Chris said there was no talk. HUH??? Ok la fine, no talk. And no discussion also. o_O then go there do wat? They decide to have dinner together for the night since there is nothing else to do.

Hanging out during holidays #2

Last few weeks, my cousin, and arthur and I lah of course... when to this Chocolate Commercial survey at Quality hotel. Its near Sogo , KL. What we did there was watch a few tv commercials and they ask us questions.

Its all one on one. So the questions are like wat detail of the commercial struck ur attention, would u like to take this choc from now on after watching this ad, bla bla bla.. It took 45 min to finish the survey. :|

And in the end they paid us RM20. swt =.=''

So the whole thing ended 2 hours after we set foot in the hotel. This is wat has happened while on our way back.

Watched Ra-ta-to-ee. Dont know how u spell it :P anyway , this movie rox man. Might be the best animated pixar movie i've watch so far =/ I love the quotes in the show. "Anyone can cook" , "Food will come to whoever can cook" . Makes me wanna learn cookin. T_T This show almost touch my heart man , HuHu >_>
